Product Designer III at Covenant Eyes

Margaret Hoang has held a variety of positions in the tech industry. In 2019, they began working at Covenant Eyes as a Product Designer II. In this role, they conducted and analyzed user interviews and improved the Victory app sign-in UI design, resulting in a 40% reduction in duplicate account creation. Margaret also collaborated on the redesign of the iOS Covenant Eyes app onboarding experience. In this role, they organized a weekly Data Structures workshop, which included designing worksheets for each session and guiding students in problem solving and teamwork skills. Margaret also worked with professors to identify areas of focus and improved the workshop format by adding coding exercises.

Margaret Hoang obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Systems from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2014. In November 2022, they also obtained a certification in Foundations of Humane Technology from the Center for Humane Technology.
