Ray H. has over 20 years of work experience. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Web Designer at WorldWideSports.com. From 1997 to 1998, they served as a Music Teacher at Sanborn Regional High School and Exeter Area Regional Middle School. In 2000, they were a Web Producer at DotClick Corporation. From 2001 to 2006, Ray H. worked as a Contract Web Developer at Latona Associates, a Programmer Analyst at Dräger Medical USA, an Associate Professor of Computer Technologies and a Banner Coordinator (Database Administrator) at Great Bay Community College. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Web Developer at Timberland. Finally, from 2011 to present, Ray H. has been working as a Director of Software Development, an Interim Director of Tech, a Senior Software Developer and a Software Developer at Covenant Eyes.

Ray H. began their educational journey in 1993 when they attended the University of New Hampshire and obtained their Bachelor of Music in Music Teacher Education in 1997. Ray then continued their studies at the University of New Hampshire, attempting to obtain a Master of Music in Music Teacher Education, although this was not completed. In 2002, Ray H. attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and obtained a Master of Divinity - MDiv in Theology in 2006.
