Mike Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike began their career as a Computer Aided Designer at Evergreen Technical Services in 1985. Mike then worked as a Network Administrator & Engineering Technician at Lee Engineering from 1991 to 1996. From 1996 to 2009, Mike served as the Information Technology Manager at Campbell Global, where they were responsible for developing IT strategies and managing complex infrastructures. In 2010, they became a Consulting CIO at Pavelcomm, providing IT strategy consulting to businesses in the Pacific Northwest. In 2012, Mike joined Avamere Health Services as their Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the strategic development and management of technology assets. Mike also co-founded Mimic Data, LLC in 2009. More recently, Mike has held the positions of Chief Technology Officer at Covenant Global, Inc and Director of Emerging Technologies at Covenant Technology Solutions, Inc. In these roles, they have worked closely with executives and business leaders to deliver technology solutions and improve operational efficiency.
