Lily Hubbs

Lily Hubbs is a seasoned digital content and engagement strategist currently employed at Covenant Health since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a marketing content specialist at United Way of Greater Knoxville from February 2023 to May 2025, and as a communications manager at Knoxville Habitat for Humanity from December 2021 to February 2023. Additional positions encompass branding and marketing specialist and marketing communications specialist at United Way and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, respectively. Earlier career experience includes communications manager for the University of Tennessee EcoCAR and a marketing and communications fellow at Appalachia Service Project. Lily Hubbs holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from East Tennessee State University.
