Brent Dubois

Brent DuBois is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and innovation management, currently serving as the Process Improvement and Innovation Manager at Covenant Health in Tewksbury, MA since November 2018. Previously, Brent held the position of Business Analyst at EMHS from June 2014 to November 2018 and served as a Team Leader and Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army from December 2008 to December 2014. Earlier career experience includes working as Operations Manager at Windfall Outdoor Center from May 2001 to October 2008. Brent possesses a diverse educational background, including a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University (in progress), an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from Husson University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, a Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern Maine, and training in Policy and Public Policy Analysis from Washington State University.
