Senior Innovation Advisor at National Domestic Workers Alliance

Margot Brandenburg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social enterprise and program development. Currently, Margot serves as a Senior Program Officer at the Ford Foundation and as a Senior Advisor at the National Energy Improvement Fund LLC, both since January 2020. As Board Chair of The Workers Lab and the Brooklyn Cooperative Community Development Credit Union, alongside the role of Senior Innovation Advisor at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Margot demonstrates strong leadership in advocating for social change. Additionally, Margot founded and served as CEO of MyStrongHome until January 2020, focusing on resilience in housing against extreme weather. Margot's prior roles include adjunct assistant professor at NYU Stern School of Business and fellow at the Nathan Cummings Foundation.
