Gerard Watson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Investment Banking at Exos Financial since January 2023, Gerard focuses on sustainable innovation and has successfully raised capital for various alternative investments. Additionally, since September 2017, Gerard has worked as a Business Development Consultant for Rhino Rugby USA, where collaboration with private equity firms, corporates, and individuals aligns rugby principles with investment opportunities. As a volunteer Manager of Individual Giving and Business Development at Covenant House New Jersey since August 2018, Gerard supports initiatives aimed at helping homeless youth and combating human trafficking. Prior roles include Managing Director positions at Morgan Creek Capital Management, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, Citi, and Banco Santander, where Gerard developed institutional client relationships and led sales teams across various regions. Gerard holds an MBA with dual majors in Marketing and Finance from Pace University and a BS in Geology/Earth Science from SUNY Oneonta.
