Robert Hayes has significant experience in advocacy and grant management, currently serving as Grant Manager and Knot Outreach Specialist at Covenant House New Jersey since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at Monarch Housing Associates, where advocacy for basic human rights was a key focus, and various positions at Allen Flavors, Inc., including Regulatory Affairs Assistant and Shipping Receiving Clerk. Volunteer coordination at Archangel Raphael's Mission showcased commitment to supporting homeless individuals through community programs. Earlier career highlights include roles as Machine Operator at Grainger and Team Lead at Sleepy’s. Robert Hayes holds a Bachelor's degree in Planning and Public Policy from Rutgers University, with education also completed at Montclair State University.
