Edele Hughes

Edele Hughes is an experienced professional in the field of social care, currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Vancouver Coastal Health since May 2024. Edele has maintained a longstanding role at Covenant House Vancouver since August 2016, taking on multiple positions including Youth Worker, Team Leader, Outreach Worker, and Case Management Coordinator. Previous experience includes working as a Child and Youth Worker at Family Services of Greater Vancouver from September 2018 to August 2021 and a Social Care Worker at Tùsla Child and Family Agency for one year.
