Laurie Berarducci

Laurie Berarducci currently serves as the Director of Data Systems at Covenant House New York, where responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of data strategies focused on program compliance, performance measurement, and quality improvement. Previous roles at Covenant House included Data Systems Manager and Data and Compliance Manager, where achievements encompassed creating program dashboards and managing case management software to enhance service quality for youth. Prior experience as a School Site Coordinator at City Connects involved implementing student support interventions for K-8th grade students. Laurie Berarducci holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in School Counseling from Boston College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the same institution.
