Aliza Steinberg has extensive work experience in benefits and compensation management. Aliza started their career at Le Parker Méridien New York as a Human Resources Assistant from January 1992 to May 1994. Aliza then joined BTI Americas as a Human Resources Specialist from July 1994 to August 1998. Aliza continued their career at North Suburban Clinic / NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Benefits and Compensation Analyst from March 1998 to February 1999. Aliza then worked at NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Senior Benefits Administrator from February 1999 to August 2014. Currently, they are working at Covenant Living Communities and Services, where they started as a Benefits Manager in August 2014 and was later promoted to National Director, Benefits & Compensation in August 2015.
