Chelsea L. Hill

Chelsea L. Hill currently serves as the Regional Lead for Financial Planning and Analysis at Covenant Living Communities and Services since February 2022. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Financial Planning Manager at Advocate Health Care from August 2020 to February 2022 and worked in Ambulatory Services Finance at Northwest Community Healthcare from November 2018 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Ascension, a senior position in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, and a Management Consulting Business Analyst role at Accenture. Chelsea also gained valuable experience as a Product Marketing Intern at National Instruments and as a Marketing Intern at EMASESA. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and participated in an International Business summer program at Universidad de Sevilla.
