Randy Gross

Randy Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project development and facilities management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Project Development at Covenant Living Communities and Services since June 2017, Randy oversees significant expansions and leads the entire entitlement process from design to construction. Prior roles include Vice President of Support Services and Vice President of Project Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing major capital projects and exploring potential partnerships. With previous experience as Vice President of Facilities Management and Director of Facilities Management for Covenant Retirement Communities and a strong background in facilities management at the Chicago Zoological Society and CardinalHealth, Randy has built a comprehensive career in engineering and management. Randy holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from Concordia University Chicago.
