Matt Dakolios

Matt Dakolios currently serves as the IT Manager at the Jefferson Scholars Foundation and as a Part-time Teacher at The Covenant School, where Matt teaches an Introduction to Data Science course in collaboration with the University of Virginia School of Data Science. Previously, Matt held roles at Crutchfield Corporation as a Data Scientist and Junior Data Scientist, and at The Covenant School as a Teacher for AP Calculus and Pre-Calculus, in addition to serving as Community Service Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Earlier experience includes positions as Athletic Director, Dean of Students, and Teacher at John Paul II Catholic School, as well as Mathematics Teacher roles at Hilton Head Preparatory School, Osbourn Park High School, and Cosby High School. Matt holds a Master of Science in Data Science and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Teacher Education from Miami University.
