Alexander Couch-Maddox

Alexander Couch-Maddox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources spanning over 15 years. Alexander is currently the Director of Enterprise Human Resources at Covenant, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to their current role, Alexander served as the Enterprise Human Resources Manager at Covenant from November 2020 to September 2021, and before that, they were a Senior Human Resources Generalist from September 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Covenant, Alexander held various roles at different companies. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Automation Personnel Services, Inc., serving as the Market Director of Human Resources & Sales. Alexander also worked as an On-Site Human Resources Manager at the same company from 2014 to 2017.

From 2013 to 2014, Alexander worked as the Site Human Resources Director at Beaulieu America. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee from 2011 to 2013.

Alexander's earlier experience includes working as a District Human Resources Manager at Food Lion from 2006 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated their expertise in human resources and has obtained certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Alexander Couch-Maddox, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Alexander also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Human Resource Management from the University of West Georgia. In addition, they have obtained certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
