Astin Robertson

Astin Robertson has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career as a Student at Northwestern State University from 2008 to 2011. They then worked as a Program Coordinator at Daily Living Center from November 2013 to September 2014. After that, they became a Marketing Manager at Senior Financial Group from September 2014 to March 2016. From May 2016 to February 2018, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at U.S. Xpress, Inc., where they were responsible for full-life cycle recruitment and supporting hiring strategies. Next, they worked as a College Recruiter at Shaw Industries from February 2018 to January 2020. Subsequently, they held the position of Director of Culture & Human Capital at FreightWaves from April 2019 to January 2020. Currently, Astin is employed at Covenant as the Sr. Director of Enterprise Talent Acquisition, a role they have held since December 2021.
