Vicki A. Bahr

Vicki A. Bahr, MBA, currently serves as an Investigator at UCare since January 2024, alongside their role as a Program Integrity Analyst at CoventBridge Group since March 2022. Vicki has extensive experience in compliance and fraud analysis, holding the position of Senior Compliance Consultant at Anthem BCBS since November 2014 and functioning as a Fraud Business Analyst at TC3 Health from 2014 to present. Additionally, Vicki has previously worked as the Fraud Waste and Abuse Program Manager for Government Programs at Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota from April 2010 to 2013. Vicki's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, ongoing studies in Project Management at the University of Minnesota, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminology/Pre-law and Sociology from the University of Minnesota, along with a Paralegal Certificate from the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Studies.
