Poncez Tricia

Poncez Tricia has had two work experiences. From 2014 to the present, they worked at Coventry Workers' Comp Services as the Director of Operations Utilization Review. Their role involved implementing new customers, solving problems between payers and insurance carriers, and developing presentations and work processes. Poncez also actively participated in quality improvement projects and collaborated with multiple departments to meet business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Before that, from 2005 to 2014, they worked at Coventry Health Care as the UR Operations Manager. In this role, they supervised and managed a team of 80+ clinical and non-clinical staff members. Poncez was responsible for hiring and performance improvement initiatives, as well as designing and coordinating a preceptor program for new hires.

Poncez Tricia obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Deaconess College of Nursing. Poncez attended the college from 1996 to 1998.
