Allweera Dias is currently working as a Finance Officer at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. Prior to this role, Allweera was an Accounts Assistant at TaxAssist Accountants Coventry East. With previous experience as a Senior Clerk at Bassein Catholic Co-Operative Bank, Allweera has a strong background in finance. Allweera completed a Level 2 Degree in Accounting and Finance from AAT in 2021, following a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Their educational journey began at John XXIII High School, where Allweera completed their SSC before further studies in Commerce at the University of Mumbai.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is the leading provider of third sector mental health services across Coventry & Warwickshire. In 2016, we celebrated our 50th anniversary and ever since we founded, we have worked tirelessly to develop a broad range of services for people who experience mental health problems. We have played a crucial part in many significant changes, to mental health services in the city and over the years have supported tens of thousands of people through our services. The core of our approach is to bring mental health out in the open - to work in partnership with people who have experience of mental health problems to provide a wide range of quality services, reduce stigma and promote positive mental health and wellbeing. We want mental health problems to be treated in the same way as physical health - as something that can, with the right care and support, recover from or manage.
