Abigail Beasley

Abigail Beasley is an accomplished enterprise leader with extensive experience in shared services, risk governance, and property management. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise Shared Services at Coventry Building Society since August 2019, Abigail oversees various critical functions, including Property, Security, and Customer Communications Management, while chairing multiple risk committees to safeguard the Society's interests. Previously, Abigail held key roles at NFU Mutual, managing £2 billion in properties and leading significant finance initiatives, including strategy development, quality assurance, and talent nurturing. With a strong foundation in tax and finance from both NFU Mutual and EY, along with academic credentials including a degree in Accounting & Finance and further education in Strategic Leadership, Abigail combines technical expertise with a passion for improvement and innovation.
