Emma Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Emma started their career as a Senior Researcher at Millward Brown in 1997 and later worked as a Research Manager at Barclays Bank from 2001 to 2005. Emma then returned to Millward Brown and held roles such as Account Insight Manager and Team Manager in the Brand and Communications and Healthcare and Corporate divisions. Emma was responsible for managing teams, recruitment, budgeting, employee engagement, and performance management. In 2013, Emma started their own consulting company called Emma Baxter Consulting, where they worked as a Director. Emma specialized in delivering actionable insight, stakeholder management, customer experience research, brand strategy, and communications research. Emma also had a current contract with the Customer Experience Team at Barclays Bank. From 2014, Emma joined Coventry Building Society, where they held positions as Head of Market Research, Head of Customer Experience and Research, Head of customer and employee research, and currently serves as the Head of Research and Insight.

Emma Baxter obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing from Lancaster University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Emma also holds a certification as a Net Promoter Certified Associate, obtained from Satmetrix in 2015.
