Jonathan Deether

Jonathan Deether has extensive experience in service design and delivery, currently holding the position of Service Design and Implementation Manager at Coventry Building Society since October 2019, after serving as a Service Design & Strategy Analyst. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Howdens Joinery Co from January 2011 to October 2019 as a Senior Service Delivery Analyst. Jonathan's career began at Elsevier in IT Operations from January 2004 to January 2008, followed by a role as a Service Desk Analyst at Pink Roccade between 2002 and 2003. Jonathan holds a BSc in Information Systems Development from the University of Bedfordshire, earned between 1996 and 2001.
