Kate Jones

Kate Jones has extensive work experience in various roles within the Royal Mail company. Kate started their career with the Royal Mail Graduate Programme in 2000 and then moved on to roles such as Mail Centre Performance Analysis Manager, Planning Support Manager, and Area Planning Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated their skills in planning and analysis.

From 2008 to 2023, Kate worked at Royal Mail in positions such as Fleet Reporting Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, and Customer & Commercial Insight Team Lead. In these roles, they successfully led the centralization of data, managed the development of dashboards and reports, and restructured teams to optimize resource utilization. Kate was recognized for their achievements by being jointly nominated for a DataIQ award.

Most recently, Kate joined Coventry Building Society in 2023 as the Head of Data Product & Strategy. In this role, they oversee the development and implementation of data products and strategies.
