Mary Hornby

Mary Hornby is a seasoned project and change manager with extensive experience in leading complex projects across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Coventry Building Society since December 2021, Mary previously held similar roles at UKAR, where responsibilities included the management of loan/mortgage asset sales to optimize taxpayer value. Mary's career also features significant positions at RBS, Wren Kitchens, and the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, focusing on project lifecycle management and business change initiatives. Mary began their career at Forensic Science Service, progressing from DNA Process Supervisor to DNA Technical Supervisor and Change Manager, demonstrating a strong background in technical operations and process improvement. Mary holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biochemistry from the University of Central Lancashire.
