Sara Mawer

Sara Mawer possesses extensive experience in project and portfolio management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Group PMO at Coventry Building Society since July 2015, responsibilities include financial management of the change portfolio, enterprise resource management, and portfolio governance. Prior to this role, Sara held positions at Centralis, where portfolio management and project management of customer transformation projects were key focuses, and at TUI Travel PLC, managing HR services and recruitment functions. Earlier career experience includes program management at Market Location Ltd, overseeing telemarketing and lead generation projects, and an academic background with a Master's Degree from the University of Warwick in English Medieval Hospitals and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European History.
