Yasin Nathani

Yasin Nathani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Call Advisor Coach at Derbyshire Health United Limited until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Account Manager at British Gas Business. In 2016, they joined IBM and took on the role of Project Analyst until 2017. Yasin then transitioned to the role of Scrum Master at IBM from 2017 to 2021. During this time, from 2019 to 2021, they also held the position of Line Manager. In 2021, Yasin joined FLEETCOR as a Scrum Master before moving to their current position as a Lead Scrum Master at Coventry Building Society in 2022. Throughout their various Scrum Master roles, Yasin prioritizes educating the team on Ways of Working and emphasizes trust and support for their colleagues' well-being.

Yasin Nathani holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from De Montfort University, completed between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from the same university from 2014 to 2015. Yasin Nathani has also obtained various certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. Yasin is also a Government Industry Foundations certified by IBM.
