Asraf Kassam

Asraf Kassam serves as Operations Delivery Manager at Coventry City Council, with a career beginning in October 2005, where responsibilities include ensuring cohesive and professional ICT services across various sectors. As chair of the Change Advisory Board, Asraf oversees a robust change management process within the ICT and Digital service. In previous roles, Asraf has led diverse teams in systems and web development, managed the complete development lifecycle, and implemented significant HR and Payroll solutions. Additionally, as chair of the Zellis Independent User Group, Asraf fosters collaboration between Zellis and over 150 member organizations in the user group community. Asraf holds a degree from Coventry University and completed studies at Sidney Stringer.
