Ken Lam is the CIO at Coventry Group Ltd. Prior to this, they were the IT Director APAC at Amplifon from April 2013 to June 2016. In this role, they provided strategic IT direction to the IT teams and IT service providers within the APAC region, uplifted IT capability including the restructure & implementation of a regional APAC shared services model, and developed and executed the IT strategic plan in support of the 3 years transformation program, in accordance to the IT roadmap.
Before joining Amplifon, Ken had over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in IT and operations. Ken has a proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale, complex transformational programs and projects. Their areas of expertise include IT strategy, architecture and design, program and project management, vendor management, service delivery and support.
Ken Lam has a Master of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the same school.
They are on a team with Nick Daw - GM, Nubco, Rod Jackson - CFO, and Mike Wansink - GM, Trade Distribution, New Zealand. Ken Lam reports to Robert Bulluss, CEO & MD.
