Alif Dharamsi

Alif Dharamsi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and management. Currently serving as a New Home Sales Counselor at Coventry Homes since February 2023, Alif previously worked as a Client Relations Specialist and Realtor at Allen Tate Companies, where responsibilities included matching client leads with appropriate brokers and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. Alif also has a background in operations management as a Franchisee for Zain of Winston-Salem, LLC, successfully rehabilitating the franchise and managing employees. Earlier experience includes roles as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health and as a Research Assistant/Lab Technician at Columbia University, where contributions to scientific research were made. Alif holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Fine Arts from New York University and a Real Estate Brokerage degree from the Superior School of Real Estate.
