Alizadeh and Derrick J. Hur. They have more than 30 years of combined experience in financial markets with a focus on capital markets, securitization platforms, asset servicing, and specialty finance. Together, they have raised ~$10bn through securitization platforms and mezzanine financing during their careers, a testament to their ability to consistently deploy capital, with uncommon results, into unlikely situations.
