John Sinton

John Sinton serves as the Associate Director of Online Course Design and Production at Coventry University since January 2018, where responsibilities include developing a strategic vision for online education that incorporates emerging technologies to enhance learning. Sinton has previously held roles such as Head of Digital Media Production and Senior Digital Media Producer, focusing on creating engaging online content and leading multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience at The Open University spanned over three decades, where roles included Senior Producer (STEM), Broadcast Project Manager, and Module Team Producer for the Digital Film School, contributing to various educational media projects and partnerships. Sinton holds a BSc in Engineering, specializing in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Systems from De Montfort University.
