Michael Krona is an accomplished academic in the fields of Media and Communication Studies, currently serving as the Course Director for the MA Global Journalism and Public Relations at Coventry University College of Arts and Society, and as an Assistant Professor in Media and Communications at Coventry University. Prior experience includes an Associate Fellowship with the Global Network on Extremism & Technology at King's College London, and a position as an Assistant Professor at Malmö University. Additionally, contributions to the Psychological Defence Agency involved reporting on disinformation and malign influence operations. Prior research focused on Salafi-jihadist information campaigns in Sweden while serving as a researcher at Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University.
