Alexandra Jain has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Alexandra worked as a Patient Account Specialist at DaVita Kidney Care, handling numerous claims daily from insurance providers and government medical care programs. After that, Alexandra transitioned to Coventry where Alexandra progressed from Coordinator to Senior Coordinator and eventually became the Director of Contract Services. In their role, Alexandra actively conducted billing reviews for Dialysis facilities and assisted senior administration with resolving system conflicts, contributing to significant cost savings.
