Richard Lauro

Richard Lauro has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and operations field. Richard is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Coventry, where they have been since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the SVP of Finance and Operations at Coventry from March 2022 to May 2022.

From 2016 to 2022, Richard worked at Chubb, starting as the Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis in September 2016, and later becoming the SVP of Global FP&A from March 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Chubb, Richard had a tenure at Independence Blue Cross, where they held roles such as Director of Operations Shared Services from September 2014 to September 2016, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from May 2013 to September 2014, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from October 2010 to April 2013.

Richard began their career at ING in February 2007, serving as the Manager of Financial Reporting until October 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Auditor at KPMG from August 2004 to February 2007.

Richard Lauro earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and MIS from jobs in Business Administration during the period of 2000 to 2004.
