Prior to their current position, they were a Business Consultant at TELUS for three years, where they drove business outcomes using HR analytics and was responsible for the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools. Before that, they were the Director of Product Support at Oracle for three years, where they were responsible for the strategic vision for their team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Patrick has also held the position of Director of Enterprise Customer Support at Taleo and Customer Support Manager at Taleo, both for two years each. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated their ability to solve business problems through collaboration with others and their dedication to increasing customer satisfaction.

Patrick Martin has a DEC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cégep de Baie-Comeau. Patrick also has a High School Diploma from Baie-Comeau High School.
