Connie E. is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, a highly regarded cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City since June 2012. In addition, Connie has been a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies since 2002. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011 and a position as a senior consultant at Deloitte in 2005. Connie E. possesses a diverse educational background with degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana.
