Connie E. is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, a highly regarded cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City since June 2012. In addition, Connie has been a co-owner of Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies since 2002.
