Maria has always had a passion for helping others and providing great customer service. Maria started their career in customer service and has since then gained experience in marketing and accounts/payroll. Maria is currently a Customer Success Specialist at Cover Whale, where they help customers with their questions and concerns. Prior to Cover Whale, Maria was a Marketing Assistant at Gladiator Media, a Link Building Manager at Nelson Marketing, and an Outbound Marketer at FoodSquire. Maria has also worked as an Accounts/Payroll assistant at Edward B. Beharry & Company Ltd in Guyana, where they gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, and time management. Maria is dedicated to their work and always goes the extra mile to help their customers and coworkers.
