Erika Higgins

Erika Higgins has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Erika is currently working at Covera Health as the Director of Provider Engagement, where they lead a team and develops partnerships with providers in the radiology market. Prior to Covera Health, they worked at Option Care Health as an Account Executive/Field Sales Trainer, where they grew revenue and established "Hospital at Home" programs with large health systems. Erika also worked at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care as a Hospice Care Consultant, exceeding patient admission quotas and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Earlier in their career, Erika worked at WILLCARE as a Sales Manager, generating referrals and building relationships with physicians and facilities. Erika also served as the Director of Development/Clinical Operations Manager at Park Avenue Medical Associates, LLC, focusing on reducing re-hospitalizations and developing relationships with senior management. Erika began their career at VITAS Healthcare as a Sales Representative, training new sales representatives and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of Medicare Hospice services.

Erika Higgins attended The Morgan School from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Connecticut from 1999 to 2003.
