Holly Eaton has extensive experience in contracting and provider engagement within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Contracting and Provider Engagement at WellSense Health Plan since August 2007, after progressing from roles including Manager of Contracting & Provider Engagement and Senior Regional Contract Manager. At WellSense, Holly plays a key role in strategic initiatives, focusing on alternative payment arrangements and care coordination. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Unicare Life and Health/John Hancock Life and Health, where Holly directed provider services and managed network operations for a substantial PPO plan. Holly holds a B.S. in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
