Nikola Andric has extensive work experience in data science and causal inference. Nikola is currently working as the Director of Data Science, Causal Inference at Covera Health. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager at Deloitte from August 2017 to April 2022, where they also worked as a Senior Consultant from July 2015 to August 2017.

Nikola's earlier experience includes working at Harvard University as a Teaching Assistant from September 2010 to May 2015. During this time, they also served as a Doctoral Researcher, developing statistical methodology for causal inference for retrospective observational studies. Nikola was advised by Professor Donald B. Rubin and John L. Additionally, they held the position of Head Teaching Assistant for an introductory statistics course from September 2013 to December 2013, where they managed a group of 13 teaching assistants and developed teaching material.

Nikola also worked as a Consulting Expert at the State Government Department of Attorney General from May 2014 to December 2014.

Nikola Andric attended McGill University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Honours Probability and Statistics. Nikola then pursued further education at Harvard University, starting in 2009, and completed a Master's Degree in Statistics in 2011. Following this, they continued their studies at Harvard and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Statistics in 2015.
