Ryan McKenna, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare industry and academia. Ryan is currently working at Covera Health as a Senior Data Scientist II - Causal Inference, where they lead client-facing discussions, develops statistical tools, evaluates product ROI, mentors junior researchers, and conducts research on cutting-edge causal inference methodologies. Prior to this, they worked at IBM as a Senior Researcher, overseeing and leading health economics outcomes research studies using real-world evidence.
