Erina Mora has over 20 years of work experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence. Erina is currently serving as the Chief of Data Management and Analytics at Covered California since March 2023. Prior to this, Erina worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate at CASA Sacramento in 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Business Intelligence Manager at eHealth Inc, where they led teams and ensured successful execution of analytics and reporting. Erina also held the position of Director, Data Analytics at QuoteWizard by Lending Tree from 2021 to 2023, where they modernized reporting structures and implemented best-in-class tools. Additionally, Erina has experience as a Senior Data Analyst at Blue Shield of California in 2015 and as a Senior Marketing Analyst/Business Intelligence at eHealth Inc from 2012 to 2015. Erina has worked at Retail Pro Inc as a Business Partner Relations/Business Intelligence Specialist from 2007 to 2012 and at MAXIMUS California Healthy Families as a Senior Business/Systems Analyst from 2004 to 2007. Erina started their career at MAXIMUS as an Eligibility Supervisor from 2003 to 2004.
Erina Mora completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Yerevan State University from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained two certifications in Techniques and Concepts of Big Data from lynda.com in June 2015.
