Judy Meng has extensive experience in technical research and data analysis, currently serving as an ETL Developer and in various research roles within the Department of Covered California since April 2014. Prior to this, Judy held positions at Maximus as a Reports Analyst and at Amgen as a Help Desk Analyst. Judy began the career at IBM as a Network Support Engineer. Judy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and has further education from Swinburne University of Technology. Proficient in SAS, Judy has a track record of preparing complex audit reports and performing advanced statistical work.
