Kevin Horan has extensive experience in governmental program analysis and external affairs, currently serving as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst and Constituent Affairs Coordinator at Covered California since March 2018, where responsibilities include tracking and analyzing legislation and participating in policy reform studies. Previously, Kevin worked as a Director's Assistant at the California Criminalistics Institute, handling project management and budget proposals, and as a Golf Shop Assistant at Woodcreek Golf Club, where customer service and transaction management were key duties. Additionally, Kevin has experience in coaching and professional golfing, alongside volunteer work and internships that enhance a robust professional background.
