Tiago Fernandes

Tiago Fernandes has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as a Project Manager and Product Manager at Indra. In 2005, they moved to Armis, where they served as Technical Director. In 2012, they co-founded Bitmaker Software and served as CTO. In 2020, they joined ITSector as a Senior Software Architect. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded Coverflex, where they serve as CTO. At Coverflex, they are working to revolutionize the way compensation is structured in the modern workforce.

Tiago Fernandes received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 1994 and 2000. Tiago then pursued a PhD in Intelligent Transportation Systems at the Universidade de Coimbra from 2009 to 2011.
