Alex Greenfelder has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Inventory/Store Setup Coordinator at GoldMax USA and later became a Receiving Team Lead at Macy's. In 2013, they took on the role of an Order Management Coordinator at PepsiCo and then moved to Feld Entertainment as a Production Manager. From 2014 to 2015, Alex worked as a Distribution Analyst at Morton Salt before transitioning to MLevel as a Customer Success Advocate. In 2017, they joined Poll Everywhere as a Customer Support Specialist and later became a Customer Success Manager. They then worked at ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Customer Success Manager, Growth, and are currently employed at Coverfly as a Client Success Manager since 2022. In 2023, Alex will be starting a role as an Operations Assistant at Woods Hole Film Festival.

Alex Greenfelder completed high school from Laguna Hills High School between 2002 and 2006, earning a diploma. Following that, they attended the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
