Julie Henderson is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and customer relations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at CoverMyMeds since November 2017, Julie has been instrumental in making data-driven decisions to enhance pharmacy products and providing comprehensive product roadmaps. Previous roles at CoverMyMeds include product management positions focused on digital and specialty pharmacy, as well as account management and coordination, where Julie developed strategic customer relationships and ensured high-quality service. Prior to this, Julie worked as an Ophthalmic Technician/Sales at Southwest Eyecare Inc., where exceptional customer service and sales performance were recognized.
