Laura Jordan, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and management roles, primarily at CoverMyMeds, where responsibilities have included overseeing the HubExpress Team and managing operational strategies for patient services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Strategy Realization, Laura has demonstrated leadership by guiding multiple direct reports, fostering professional growth, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies. Previous roles include managing Drug Support Programs for oncology medications and leading various teams across different operational capacities. In addition to professional accomplishments, Laura has a solid academic background, holding an MBA from Otterbein University and a BA in Business Management and Sport Management from Wittenberg University.
