Natalie Frere currently serves as Manager of Health Services at CoverMyMeds since August 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Oncology Program Manager at RxLightning Inc. from July 2022 to September 2025 and Conference Chair for the Healthcare Advocate Summit from January 2020 to September 2025, advocating for healthcare professionals. Additionally, Natalie has been a prominent public speaker on Access and Reimbursement and holds a position as an Advisory Board Lead for The Healthcare Advocate Summit. Before these roles, Natalie was the Medication Assistance Program Supervisor at UnityPoint Health from June 2012 to August 2022, focusing on patient assistance for medications across various formats.
