Dhanusu Varadharaja

Dhanusu Varadharaja has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Dhanusu started their career as a Clinical Coder at e4e Healthcare in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Dhanusu then joined iSpace as a Research Analyst and stayed with the company until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst at Quintessence Business Solutions & Services.

In 2016, Dhanusu joined Superior Innovative Technologies Pvt. Ltd as a Lead Business Analyst and remained there until 2018. Dhanusu then joined HCL Technologies as an Associate Business Manager and worked with them until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Dhanusu served as a Senior Consultant at Thryve Digital Health LLP. Currently, they are working at CoverSelf as a Manager - Payment Integrity, a position they have held since April 2022.

Throughout their career, Dhanusu has gained experience in various roles, including clinical coding, research analysis, business analysis, and management.

Dhanusu Varadharaja completed their education in a chronological order. From 2003 to 2006, they attended St. Joseph's College-Cuddalore, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, Dhanusu attended Madras Christian College and obtained a Master's degree in Microbiology.

In addition to their formal education, Dhanusu Varadharaja has also obtained various certifications. In October 2010, they became a Certified Professional Coder through AAPC. In August 2017, they obtained the CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from IIBA. In January 2020, they completed the PAHM certification from AHIP. Currently, they are pursuing a FAHM certification that is in progress at AHIP, with an expected completion date in October 2021.
